Determination in her role to Meet Member Needs
JoAnn Osby is also committed to knowing
and understanding the choices and opportunities of the Association. She then will keep members aware and
updated on those available resources.
Information garnered will be conveyed to the membership in a
professional and timely manner as mandated by the position. Her commitment
is her word, something you can count on as she will also hold herself
accountable.
